Scania OmniExpress 340/360 for standard, express, and charter services

Introduced in 2007, the Scania OmniExpress 340/36 is a member of the global Scania Buses and Coaches product family. OmniExpress is perfectly suited for local transit, dual purpose, express and charter services.

Like all members of the Scania family, it is functional, robust and economical. The OmniExpress line was designed to correspond with the European 2001/85/EC bus directive, and meets all the requirements of the ECE R66 roll-over test. In 2010, the vehicle was granted the European Community Whole Vehicle Type Approval, or WVTA. The body shell is mostly of stainless steel construction, although aluminium, reinforced plastic and composite materials are used in several key locations.

The attention given to the ergonomics of the driver station, along with the elegant design of the dashboard complete what Scania is known for among drivers: relaxed and comfortable driving. Smooth and responsive driving properties ensure fast, safe and comfortable transportation. Roomy luggage compartments allow even a large group to bring along everything they need. OmniExpress 340/360 is also available with right hand steering.
